Current programme of talks and visits

Talks are normally held on the second Tuesday of most months starting at 7.30pm in the Hinton Hall, Tisbury.



May 12th
A talk by Dorothy Treasure

Dorothy is Wiltshire Buildings Record's principle buildings historian.
Vernacular Architecture of Wiltshire.

The talk will include buildings that the Wiltshire Buildings Record have recorded and observed including some in Tisbury.

June 9th
A talk by Meriel O'Dowd

Meriel works for the Churches Conservation Trust who have saved over 350 ancient buildings.
Use and Reuse of Wiltshire Churches. The talk will explore the work of the Churches Conservation Trust to repair damage to churches and work with local communities to bring them alive again.
